Development of New Offices
The Project
After trading successfully for over 30 years, St Francis Credit Union had expanded to such an extent that new offices were required. The Client sourced a challenging site – adjacent to a disused convent graveyard in the centre of Ennis.
The new premises needed to reflect the proactive approach of the credit union – while also have presence as a landmark building. Modern design was explored, incorporating structural glazing, limestone cladding and copper roofs – providing a functioning and aesthetically-pleasing head-quarters. Particular attention was also given to sustainability.
